Licence Condition
The licensee must undertake an assessment of the Venturi Scrubber, once commissioned, to determine its efficiency in meeting licence limits for SOx and particulates at EPL monitoring point 29.
The licensee must prepare and submit a report to the Regional Manager, Riverina Far West at riverina.farwest@epa.nsw.gov.au that outlines the findings of the assessment, as required by condition U4.1 and details any proposed actions to be taken as a result of the assessment. This report must be submitted to the EPA by 28 February 2019.
